Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Because of this, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. • Appointments cancelled with more than 24 hours’ notice may transfer their reservation fee to a new appointment time. • Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will forfeit the reservation fee. • Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 40% of the scheduled service. • Clients who no-show more than once may be required to prepay in full for future appointments.
